Horiz (the “Service”) is a market data aggregation and monitoring tool for crypto assets. It shows prices, funding rates, basis, open interest, capital flows, macro indicators and similar information drawn from public sources.

By registering an account, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of these terms.

This is the most important clause in these terms. Every piece of data, chart, score, ranking and signal the Service provides is no more than publicly available information that we have organized and computed, and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a commitment of any kind.

• We do not recommend any specific instrument, direction, position size or timing.
• Crypto asset prices are highly volatile. You may lose your entire principal.
• Any trading decision made on the basis of the Service is taken at your own risk, and its consequences are yours alone.

Registration requires a working email address; a phone number is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. If you find someone else using your account, change your password immediately.

A new account comes with a 1-day trial; completing email activation adds 7 more days. Activation is not a precondition for using the Service, but the period granted at registration is short, and access ends once it expires.

One account per person. Signing in from several devices is fine; renting, lending, reselling or sharing your account is not.

The Service draws its data from public exchange interfaces and third-party public data sources. We do our best to collect and compute it correctly, but we make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data: upstream interfaces may lag, throttle, change their definitions or return errors, and all of that carries through to the Service.

For any decision involving money, rely on the actual data from the exchange you trade on.

We do our best to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream failures, network problems or force majeure may all cause outages. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by an interruption.

• Bulk-scrape, mirror or resell data from the Service by automated means.
• Bypass, break or attempt to bypass access controls, billing or rate limits.
• Run load tests, penetration tests or anything else that may affect other users.
• Publish investment advice in the name of the Service, or lead others to believe its content represents our position.

Breaking any of the above allows us to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

Once the trial ends, some modules require an active subscription. Prices, billing periods and how to subscribe are as shown on the purchase page. Service time already used is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

The interface, code, chart design and computation methods of the Service belong to us. Rights in the raw market data belong to their respective sources. You may use the data the Service displays in your own analysis, but you may not claim rights in it.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the Service and delete your account.
