Mania: confirmed hits and the watchlist

Two states, and they are not the same thing:

• Confirmed hit — every criterion is met. Only these enter the trigger history, and only these are pushed.
• Watchlist — close to the thresholds but still short on one criterion. These appear on screen only: no push, no history entry.

The exact thresholds are in this module's Rules panel.

The on-chain holdings column comes from Binance Web3's public data. Collection there is rate-limited, so it refreshes a notch slower than prices — that is normal.
