On each coin's own settlement interval, not a blanket ×1095. The same funding number means twice as much annualized when it settles every 4 hours instead of every 8 — annualizing everything on an 8-hour assumption halves the second case.
When a venue does not list an instrument, or one round of collection failed, the cell stays empty. We do not fill it from a neighboring venue: one missing number beats a number that looks right and was actually inferred.
